Hello everyone! We are Hub Heroes, the first-ever North Hagerstown High School Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) team, and we are from Hagerstown MD. We are a group of students aiming to strengthen our leadership and community engagement skills as we fundraise for blood cancer. We are looking for support from the Hub community!

Our team goal is to raise $50,000 between January 6th - February 24th and we cannot do it alone; we need YOUR help! These are ways you can support our fundraising efforts:

We wanted to take on the mission of the Student Visionaries of the Year campaign to have the opportunity to make a change within our community. Many of us have been personally impacted by blood cancer, so we have teamed up together to support those facing the challenges of blood cancer. In addition, this campaign has provided us with the opportunity to improve our professional, project management, communication, and networking skills. After months of planning for this campaign, we are very excited to finally be able to execute our fundraising plans!

Our team is led by three candidates: Shradha Bista, Barna Begzad, and Lauren Stine! We are all juniors and we are in North High’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. We are excited to lead the first-ever team out of North High. We deeply appreciate the love and support the Hub community has shown us so far!
